Privacy Policy

Your health data is some of the most personal information you have, so Cheevee Health is built to keep it on your iPhone. This policy explains what the app reads, what it writes, what it keeps, and what this website stores in your browser.
1. Scope and who we are
This policy covers the Cheevee Health iPhone app and this website. In it, “we” means Cheevee Health, “the app” means the Cheevee Health app for iPhone, and “you” means anyone who uses the app or visits the site.
We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy describes the current version of the app. If a future version handles data differently, we’ll update this policy before that version is released.
2. The short version
The app reads health data from Apple Health only with your permission, and works it out on your iPhone. Your health data is not sent to us or to anyone else.
The app doesn’t require an account, contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Data the app reads from Apple Health
When you allow it in Apple Health, the app can read: heart and breathing (heart rate variability, resting heart rate, heart rate, respiratory rate, heart rate recovery, cardio fitness (VO₂ max), blood oxygen, blood pressure); sleep (sleep analysis, sleeping wrist temperature); activity (activity rings, active energy, exercise time, steps, walking and running distance, workouts); mind (mindful sessions, time in daylight, State of Mind); body (weight, body fat, lean body mass, BMI, waist, body temperature, water); cycle (menstrual flow, and the symptoms cramps, bloating, headache, mood changes and acne); and your date of birth, sex and height.
You choose which types to share, and can change it anytime in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Cheevee Health. The app works with whatever you allow; features that need a type you haven’t shared simply show less.
4. Data the app writes to Apple Health
When you log something in the app, it saves it to Apple Health, where you can see and manage it: your mood (State of Mind), finished breathing sessions (mindful minutes), sleep and naps you enter, water, weight, waist, blood pressure, body temperature, menstrual flow and the symptoms above, and workouts you add, with their energy and distance. It doesn’t write anything else.
You can delete entries the app saved in the last 7 days from within the app, and any entry at any time in the Health app. The app never deletes data that came from Apple Watch or other apps.
5. How the app uses this data
Everything is worked out on your iPhone: the Recovery, Sleep, Calm and Body scores, Strain, cycle predictions, and the short explanations such as “Why today”. These explanations are written from fixed templates on the device; no artificial intelligence service sees your data.
We use your data only to show you these results. We don’t use it to profile you, for advertising, or for any other purpose.
6. Other data in the app
The app keeps a few preferences on your iPhone: theme, language, the date you first opened the app, and whether you’ve finished onboarding.
Journal entries (mood, prompt, tags and text) are kept only while the app is open and are not saved or sent anywhere in the current version. Sleep notes and body-scan ratings aren’t stored. Voice guidance in sessions uses your iPhone’s built-in voice.
7. Accounts
The current version doesn’t create accounts: the sign-up and sign-in screens don’t send or store what you type. Accounts are planned. Before they launch, we’ll update this policy to describe exactly what an account stores and where.
8. Who we share data with
No one. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking tools, and doesn’t send your health data to any server.
Apple Health and the App Store are run by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy. If Cheevee Plus becomes available, purchases will be made through your Apple ID, and Apple handles the payment; we don’t receive your card details.
9. Tracking, advertising and selling data
The app doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites, so it never asks for tracking permission. It has no ads. We don’t sell, rent or trade personal data, and health data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or marketing.
10. This website
This site has no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It stores two things in your browser: a cookie named i18n_redirected that remembers your language, and an entry named nuxt-color-mode in local storage that remembers whether you chose the light or night theme. Neither contains personal data.
Links to the App Store take you to Apple’s website, which has its own privacy policy.
11. Security
Because your health data stays on your iPhone, it’s protected by your device: Apple Health data is encrypted when your iPhone is locked with a passcode, Face ID or Touch ID. Keep your iPhone locked and your iOS up to date.
12. Keeping and deleting data
Health data stays in Apple Health, under your control, for as long as you keep it there. Deleting the app removes its preferences from your iPhone; it doesn’t delete anything from Apple Health.
To stop the app reading or writing a type, turn it off in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Cheevee Health.
13. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Since we don’t hold your health data, you exercise most of these directly in Apple Health and iPhone Settings. For anything else, contact us at the address below. You can also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
14. Children
The app is meant for people aged 13 and over. If you’re under 20, ask a parent or guardian before you use it.
15. Changes to this policy
The date of the latest change is always shown at the top. If we change how the app collects or uses data, we’ll update this page before the change reaches the app.
16. Contact us
